After working as a web director, he supported startups at a design company in San Francisco. He founded Goodpatch Inc. in September 2011. He became a director of Studio Details Inc. in December 2021, a director of Muture Inc. in April 2022, Executive Officer and CDXO of Marui Group Co., Ltd. in June 2023, a director of Marui Unite Inc. in September 2024, President and Representative Director of People and Design Inc. in October 2024, Representative Director of Layermate Inc. in October 2025, and a part-time Director, Executive Officer, and CDXO of Marui Group Co., Ltd. in June 2026.

After completing graduate studies at the University of Tsukuba, he joined mixi, Inc. He has served as a director of the Japan CTO Association since June 2019. In June 2022, he founded Rector Inc. and became its Representative Director. He also serves as Outside CTO of The Asahi Shimbun Company and an outside director of SpiderPlus & Co. He became an outside director of Goodpatch in November 2022.

After completing graduate studies at Kyoto University, she joined Arthur D. Little. She later completed a master's program at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and worked at the Innovation Network Corporation of Japan, now INCJ, and JIC Capital. She has served as an outside director and board observer at several companies. She is an outside director of IP Motion Inc. and a co-founder of Silicon Catalyst Japan Inc. She became an outside director of Goodpatch in November 2022.

After graduating from Kyoto University, he joined Nomura Research Institute. Following roles at McKinsey & Company, BayCurrent Consulting, and other firms, he founded Digital Connect Inc. in January 2019 and became its President and Representative Director. He is also President and Representative Director of Dextech Inc. and Blue Tiger Consulting Inc., and an outside director of Vision Consulting, Inc. He became an outside director of Goodpatch in November 2022.

After many years in internal audit at Kanematsu Corporation, she joined Lilycolor Co., Ltd. in July 2024 as a manager responsible for operational governance. She became a full-time Audit & Supervisory Board Member of Goodpatch in March 2026. She also serves as an auditor of group companies Studio Details and People and Design.

After working within the Nomura Securities Group, he served for four years as an auditor of Kayac Inc. and was involved in its Mothers listing in December 2014. He has served as an auditor at several companies and is an outside auditor of Hobonichi Co., Ltd. He became an auditor of Goodpatch in July 2016.

He completed training at the Legal Training and Research Institute of Japan in December 2012 and joined Authense Law Offices. He became Head of the firm's Pro Bono Office in June 2018 and a managing member in January 2020. He became an Audit & Supervisory Board Member of Goodpatch in November 2023.

After working at Matsushita Electric Industrial, now Panasonic Holdings, Nissan Motor, and Renova, he joined Goodpatch in September 2022. He became Head of the People Empowerment Office in March 2023 and Executive Officer and CHRO in September 2024. He oversees the People Empowerment Office, including human resources and labor relations, and also serves as a director of group company People and Design Inc.

After working as an engineer at an operating company, he joined Goodpatch in 2014. He has served as an iOS developer, UI designer, product manager, and new-business lead. He became a General Manager in 2024 and an Executive Officer in June 2025. He oversees the design domain of the Design Partner Business through the Design Division and Goodpatch Anywhere Division, and also serves as a director of group company Layermate Inc.

After working at a GMO Internet Group company, he joined Goodpatch in 2021. He established the inside-sales organization and went on to lead the company's SaaS product Strap, growth initiatives in the Design Partner Business, and the marketing organization. He became an Executive Officer in June 2025 and oversees the Market Design Division, covering sales and marketing for the Design Partner Business.

After working in sales and new-business development at a major trust bank and Recruit, now Recruit Holdings, she served as a business leader at a startup and joined Goodpatch in 2023 as Head of the President's Office. She became an Executive Officer in June 2025 and oversees the President's Office, including new-business development, and the Administration Department. She also serves as a director of Studio Details, People and Design, and Layermate.

After graduating from Keio University, he worked in overseas sales and product planning at Toyota Motor Corporation. He earned an MBA from Harvard Business School and helped establish IDEO's Japan office, later serving as its head. While at IDEO, he co-founded the venture capital fund D4V. At PwC Consulting, he launched the Future Design Lab as a partner and executive officer. In 2025, he founded Noun Inc. to create businesses at the intersection of business and design. He joined the Goodpatch Advisory Board in October 2025.

After working in corporate sales at Okasan Securities and Mizuho Securities, he served as a director and CFO at three listed companies: IMJ, now Accenture; TYO, now KANAMEL; and GMO AD Partners, now GMO Internet. He has since supported multiple companies in roles including CFO of INFORICH, Senior Executive Officer of UT Group, Executive Officer of AMBL, special committee member at Zetton, and advisor to Transit Holdings. He joined the Goodpatch Advisory Board in October 2025.

After graduating from Ochanomizu University, she served as Head of Public Relations at Kayac during its early years and became Representative Director of a Kayac subsidiary in 2017, where she launched a regional revitalization business. Since becoming independent, she has advised several growth companies on public relations from both communications and management perspectives. She moved to Portland in 2019 and has also mentored entrepreneurs. In 2020, she founded Okaeri Inc. and launched a sustainable direct-to-consumer business. She serves on Toyama Prefecture's Well-Being Strategy Committee and joined the Goodpatch Advisory Board in October 2025.
